Last time I posed, I had reached a loss of 11.5 lbs, so...I've lost 2 more, for a total of 13.5 lbs. YAY. It may be a bit slow, but it's a lifestyle I can live with, and the numbers are going in the right direction....that's what I want.
Now the thing I've got to maintain is the regular exercise...if I can even do 30 minutes every other day on average, I'll be happy. Shooting for every day is setting me up for failure, I think. So...every other day. At least 4 days a week, perhaps is a good way to put it.
